CRS REAP

Back from my trip to Las Vegas completing the CRS REAP course, 2 more online courses to go and I am set for training the CRS(Certificate Residential Sales) in RSA.

This last 2 years was an exiting journey in real estate, geting involved in the training side of it too.

Real Estate 2010

2010 started of good for the real estate market in Centurion. House prices still not growing yet, but the buyers are buying now! Banks still not into giving bonds though.

Back to School

Everybody getting ready for schools starting on the 13th. Kids enjoy the year with a 6 week holiday in June/July.
